Our Contribution:
Over the course of the project, CodingFlock collaborated closely with Packetek NYC to enhance their digital logistics framework, user interaction, and support tracking systems. We developed numerous APIs to connect the Pharmacies portal, Driver Mobile App, and Administration Panel. We enhanced user interactions and developed support tracking systems. Our work included real-time data synchronization via Firebase and integrating routing solutions using HERE Maps and Google Maps APIs.
Additionally, we automated the delivery creation flow through Azure AI Document Intelligence and developed APIs compatible with systems like BestRx for delivery management and address validation. Beyond these, we designed and implemented numerous pages for both admin and pharmacy panels, boosting efficiency and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
